Healthy take-away option

If your ever on the Gold Coast, Aus, make sure you check out Raw Energy in Coolangatta. They create the most amazing healthy meals. I love cooking, however, sometimes all I feel like doing is grabbing a take-away and sitting on the beach. A healthy take-away option is always preferred, that's when places like Raw Energy come in handy.

Today I had a macadamia and lentil patty with an amazing salad on the side.

Breakfast

Cinnamon quinoa porridge, cooked with almond milk, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and topped with blueberries, apple, walnuts and sunflower seeds. You can choose any fruits that you like, and to sweeten use stevia. This meal is great in the morning as it is a great way to start your day and an awesome way to alkalise your body. Your body deserves the best.

Have a great day xx

Lunch

Mixed salad marinated in lemon and olive oil. Salad includes mixed lettuce, capsicum, cucumber, green beans, olives and avocado. All ingredients are raw and fresh. I choose to eat majority of my meals raw as this keeps the food and enzymes alive. It is not natural to cook all our food over a certain temperature, except meat. If you have not already tried eating raw , give it a go, you may just like it.

Bon appetit xx

Dinner

Baked fresh barramundi marinated with lemon, parsley, garlic and ginger, and topped with grilled calamari. Sides include avocado, boiled egg, cucumber, feta, mixed greens and topped with olive oil and lemon.
